Senior Specialist, Brand Marketing
**DESCRIPTION** Premium Canada is seeking a motivated, driven individual who would be involved with marketing operations, asset management and integrated marketing campaign support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, collaborative, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership with the ability to prioritize. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Marketing Operations Support** + Coordinates system submission and approvals (legal, marketing, finance, sample management) for marketing initiatives in order to support on time execution of marketing programs. This includes following up with key business stakeholders to ensure that approvals are taking place on time, and escalating if they are not. + Legal approvals include LCP, and ECMS contract management. + Marketing Finance system submissions include Plan Proposals, Execution Orders, Payment Requests, PUMI submissions, and FOC orders. + Sample Management includes warehouse management and sample portal requests. **Asset Management Support** + Oversee the collection and development of new product launch assets including product images, key visuals, product videos, spec sheets, feature messaging, and style guides/asset trackers in ENG and FR + Work with key stake holders at SECA, SEA, and HQ to ensure all product assets are up to date for use in SECA marketing activities and local channel partner activities + Work with agencies to ensure work back schedules for core assets are proactively communicated so that marketing assets are delivered on time + Ensure all reviews and approvals are gained (legal, partners, brands, HQ, etc.) **Integrated Marketing Campaign Support** + Support the Marketing Manager plan, execute and create reports. Support can include areas such as: + Public Relations + CRM + Paid Media + Social Media + Experimental Marketing (Events) + Creative development **QUALIFICATIONS** **Work and Experience Requirements** + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field + 2 years’ experience in a professional environment + 1 year Vendor Central and/or Seller Central experience + Understanding of eCommerce and retail market channels + Must understand retail financials and possess strong analytical skills + Able to travel as needed **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required** + Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills + Abstract problem solver, able to work in an ambiguous environment + Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, including V-lookup, Tables, Indexing, Presentation level charts and spreadsheets, and formulas + Tech savvy/competent **ABOUT US** Premium brings brands to life, engaging and exciting shoppers in-store and online for retailers like Walmart, Best Buy, Walgreens and dozens more in all retail channels.
