Senior Specialist, Campaign and Digital Marketing

Job Purpose


The Digital Marketing Executive Specialist|  VCS works alongside the B2B sales team,  contributing to  customer and financial targets, and long terms goals by supporting the execution of the B2B marketing strategy & related activity to support lead generation and pipeline building, customer retention efforts and channel partnerships. 

 

They take charge of the end-to-end execution process, ensuring all timelines are met. They produce campaign briefs to inform creative teams and channel partners. They ensure sales teams are up to date on the promotional activity and collateral . They support the onboarding of strategic partners managed via an affiliate marketing platform, report on track partnership performance, marketing campaign performance, manage day-to-day administration on the platform and support continuous campaign improvement.

 

Responsibilities


●    Execute marketing campaign and activities for VCS, ensuring deadlines are met in time for Acquisition, Customer and Partner Marketing Campaigns
●    Work with partner network / affiliate platform to support, grow, and optimize program performance. 
●    Manage the onboarding of Referral partners through an affiliate marketing platform.  Manage day-to-day administration on the platform, execution of partner marketing activity driving continuous campaign improvement and analyses, report, and track partnership performance.
●    Understand B2B Marketing strategies and plans to produce accurate campaign & creative briefs containing important information covering goals, messaging, use cases, products, offers/discounts, and execution expectations to be leveraged by partners in Creative, product merchandising and external partners.
●    Ensure campaign execution is aligned with VistaPrint & VCS Brand guidelines, and that marketing teams and sales functions are informed of all relevant activity.
●    Contribute to the development and execution of  12-month marketing activity plan,  customer marketing calendars, and partnership marketing initiatives & calendars.
●    Leverage input from Sales, GTM, Pricing and Product teams to produce marketing campaigns to support the launch of NPIs. 
●    Cooperate with Global VCS teams on the implementation and improvement of Marketing Initiatives , global processes, and learnings exchange.
●     Build, forecast and review new campaigns and tests, perform Q&A for these campaigns. 
●    Ensure Marketing documentation is accurate and up to date. Socialize it with key teams/stakeholders across the business.
●    Own reporting for weekly, monthly, as well as ad hoc reports on various campaigns and tests. Identify trends and find actionable insights, flagging opportunities to grow or optimize performance across strategic partners.
●    Understand campaign KPIs, identify gaps and opportunities to drive promotional optimization.
●    Other projects as requested by the leadership team.

 

Essential Experience /Training 


●    Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Digital Marketing - Campaign Management & SEM or Affiliate (highly desirable)
●    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Advertising, or other related fields.
●    Ability to work autonomously, as a part of a team, and work effectively with different levels of the organization.
●    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
●    Excellent time management skills and be able to multitask.

 

Technical skills


●    Ability to think strategically and analytically to ensure successful campaign execution.
●    Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
●    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exposure to/or experience in marketing and/or CRM solutions i.e. Salesforce and/or affiliate marketing platforms i.e. Impact, nice to have. 


Desirable Skills/ Experience


●    Experience working in a B2B marketing, ecommerce/affiliate or SaaS environment with ambitious commercial targets.
●    Prior experience working in Digital, specifically Affiliate Marketing is highly regarded.
