Senior Specialist, Claims Management

Responsibilities

Determine eligible benefits based on documents submitted and policy provisions.Adjudicate claims and determine corresponding recommendations or decisions within prescribed approval limits and within the defined turnaround time.Ensure accurate benefit payouts in accordance with the policy details, laws, and regulations.Assist the Team Lead in resolving claims-related issues and/or concerns.Discuss claim decisions with distributors whenever necessary.Actively participate in and contribute to projects and initiatives.

What we are looking for

Completed a bachelor’s degree preferably in any medical course.Ability to understand medical terminologies in diagnosis and laboratory exams.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Teams, Outlook, One Drive, Excel, and Word.Strong written and verbal communication skills and business correspondence.Good customer service orientation.Knowledge in claims processing.
