Senior Specialist, Commercial Enablement Platform

Location: London, hybrid

The Job

As a Senior Specialist Commercial Enablement Platforms, you will ensure our tools are effective, dynamic, and aligned with our global standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales content management and learning systems.

Responsibilities

Commercial Enablement Platform Management and Optimisation

Manage the daily operations and maintenance of all commercial enablement platforms.Ensuring enablement platforms function smoothly and efficiently with good governance procedures.Continuously evaluate and improve platform performance, usability, and integration with other systems.Ensure all platforms comply with the company’s standards and best practices for security and data integrity.Build a strong standards of user accessibility, profiles and structures needed to personalize experiences.Establish metrics and review to monitor the usage, effectiveness, and ROI of enablement platforms and tools.

Commercial Enablement Platform Adoption

Manage tools used for sales and customer engagement ensuring they are effectively utilized.Ensure platforms are managed in alignment with sales strategies and go-to-market plans.Stay updated with the latest technologies to recommend enhancements that drive sales performance.Structure the enablement platforms to be easy to use, well structured and kept dynamic to drive usage.Create user guides, best practices, and support materials to facilitate ongoing education and proficiency.

Accountabilities

Ensure all sales enablement platforms are operational and meet user requirements.Drive continuous improvement in the use of sales and customer engagement tools.Maintain high standards for the structure of sales content and training materials in core platforms.Ensure strong relationship with broader tools and process teams to support platform administration.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience in sales enablement, platform management, content / knowledge management, or related roles.Significant experience managing sales enablement tools and technologies such as Highspot (preferred), BigTinCan, Allego, Seismic etc.Experience in building great user experience with platform design and branding.Strong understanding of sales processes, content management, and learning systems.Excellent communication and project management skills.

Hybrid working

By default, employees are expected to be in their local AVEVA office three days a week, but some positions are fully office-based. Roles supporting particular customers or markets are sometimes remote.
