Our team is part of the incredible transformation underway at Ford Motor Company and you’ll have a chance to be a part of that movement. We are seeking an investigator with a passion for employee relations and conducting robust investigations in a dynamic environment who appreciates the important role employee relations professionals play in supporting our values and culture and will carry out duties with the highest integrity. 

This role will be a hybrid role based in Louisville, KY, traveling to and supporting Ford facilities in the Louisville, KY area as necessary to conduct investigations (minimally 6-12 times per month). Will be expected to travel occasionally to other US Ford facilities as needed.
