Senior Specialist, Enterprise Learning & Development

We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Enterprise Learning & Development to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska or Chicago, Illinois.

As the Senior Specialist, reporting to the Manager of Learning & Development, you will shape and deliver inclusive, scalable, and transformative learning experiences that foster skill development and performance across Conagra. You'll consult with business and HR partners, support enterprise learning programs, and co-create content that promotes our Skills for Success and Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging (ID&B) programs.

What You'll Do

Design & Deliver Learning Academies: Partner with stakeholders—especially in Supply Chain—to build strategic capabilities through scalable learning academies.

Develop Skills for Success Resources: Create tools and content that embed our core skills into learning, career development, and functional programs.

Support ID&B Learning: Collaborate with ID&B leaders to design inclusive learning experiences and activate our ID&B learning roadmap.

Consult on Enterprise Learning Needs: Provide tailored learning solutions using instructional design, facilitation, and learning technologies.

Drive Continuous Improvement: Use data and feedback to enhance learner engagement and program effectiveness.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in L&D, instructional design, talent management, or HR.

Experience designing scalable learning solutions using adult learning principles and the 70/20/10 model.

Experience creating content for diverse audiences across both corporate offices and manufacturing sites

Collaboration and consulting skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and remote teams.

Proficiency in tools like Articulate 360, LMS platforms, and virtual facilitation tools (e.g. MS Teams).

Excellent facilitation, analytical, and project management skills.

You will typically be in the office 3 days a week. Mondays and Fridays are usually remote.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
