**What You Will Do**
+ Liaises with event owners on a regular basis to discuss/plan events already working on and upcoming events to start planning adhering to the Franchise and Compliance Events strategy and being involved with a detailed review of all processes, procedures, methods and tools to determine adequacy to meet the current requirements for the events planning service.
+ Maintenance of the KSA events budget
+ Ensures all HCP’s are invited using the correct compliance process (as dictated in country) in alignment with Professional Affairs.
+ Ensures all HCP information is stored effectively with GDPR and Compliance policies in mind. Ensures all Compliance, SOX, FCPA and Quality policies are implemented and applied in any undertaking of events planning
+ Takes ownership of event logistics including booking facilities, hotels, travel and transfers etc. for each event. Work with local event logistics to ensure timely booking transfers/hotels etc.
+ Takes ownership of budget preparation for the annual education & events plan
+ Deals directly with marketing managers in relation to Event Reviews on a regular basis.
+ Laises with all the major functions of the business with a given guideline such as Business units, Compliance, Finance and more to achieve key activities.
**What You Will Need**
+ College equivalent qualification - B.S. degree in a relevant field preferred
+ 2+ year’s previous event management experience or project planning
+ Ability to work out of standard working hours to meet the event requirements
+ Confidence with virtual event platforms and their features
+ Good excel working knowledge
+ Flexibility to be able to support business needs for events
+ Fluent in English and skilled in local language.
+ Good problem-solving skills
