SALARY:  $64,000-$76,000 bonus eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:  

As a Senior Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of export shipments through the supply chain. Your primary responsibilities include collaborating closely with corporate logistics, planning, brewery teams, and transportation providers to facilitate the timely movement of goods. You will actively participate in weekly risk assessment routines, aiming to mitigate potential issues and develop contingency plans to maintain exceptional performance metrics. As a key transportation liaison, you will interact with freight forwarders, inland truckers, and breweries, applying cost-reduction strategies to streamline operations. Your ability to address operational challenges with urgency and ensure that internal service level agreements (SLAs) are met will be crucial to your success

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

Collaborate directly with corporate logistics, planning, brewery teams, and transportation providers to pull export shipments through the supply chainParticipate in weekly risk routines to help mitigate future risk and create contingency plans to sustain green KPIsSupport orders through the supply chain process for customers in export markets worldwide ensuring orders meet customer expectations and are delivered on time to support positive impacts to service levelUtilize multiple systems to analyze production schedules, customer forecasts, and warehouse inventories for export order placementServe as a transportation liaison between freight forwarders, inland truckers, and breweries while applying cost-reduction techniquesAddress operational topics with a sense of urgency and make sure operations are servicing internal SLAs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

Excellent communication skills (telephone and email) are essentialPrior business or internship experience, particularly in a transportation or supply chain roleBachelor's degree, in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or OperationsStrong teamwork & problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, changing environmentStrong organization and attention to detail, with excellent follow-up skills
