Position summary
This role will support our Market Reputation efforts in the Nordics and the development and execution of a marketing strategy that strengthens Bain’s reputation in market, in partnership with office leadership and aligned with firm strategy & commercial objectives.
The role will focus on increasing Bain awareness among senior executives and high-value business communities on topics relevant across clients; reinforcing Bain’s perception as the leading consulting partner to ambitious business leaders; and employer of choice for the best business talent.
As a Senior Specialist, you will be expected to add value and guidance to the Nordic Market Reputation Team as well as the Nordic leadership team on key issues while driving local initiatives to execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will collaborate with other marketing teams and functions to achieve firm-wide marketing objectives. The Senior Specialist will own, plan and execute Market Reputation activities across channels to include to include Digital Marketing and Social Media, Events & Conferences, Public Relations, Alumni and other market-specific priorities. Provide on-going support to key stakeholders by delivering results, collaborating with other teams, tracking KPIs and performance, and helping to continuously improve and innovate.

About you
• Preferable direct experience in a professional services / agency environment, ideally with experience in B2B marketing with proven track record in digital marketing
• Experience with execution of marketing campaign
• Experience with one of more marketing disciplines e.g. email marketing, content marketing, branding, digital campaigns, digital experiences
• Effective written and oral communication skills, ability to liaise with stakeholders of various seniority with minimal input from leaders
• Ability to interact with external contacts / parties as knowledgeable Bain marketing representative
• Client-centric mindset
• Highly collaborative individual enjoying team work and success
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to proactively conceive and suggest new approaches and solutions
• Previous experience working with international and Nordic teams
• Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications or business preferred
