The Opportunity
We are seeking a marketing automation specialist with a strong customer journey development background to join our team as an Adobe Customer Journey Marketing Automation Senior Specialist.
This role will be responsible for contributing to the design, development and implementation of campaigns and workflows in Adobe Journey Optimizer. This role will work collaboratively across Manulife within Marketing and with key partners such as IT, data and digital experience teams to understand business requirements, design solutions for business needs and optimize campaign set-up to meet or exceed clearly defined goals.
What will your responsibilities include?
The responsibilities of the Adobe Customer Journey Marketing Automation Senior Specialist would include, but are not limited to the following:
Work with our internal customers & business collaborators to gather requirements, map multi-channel customer journeys across digital touchpoints and provide recommendations as product SME on current and future state of campaign and workflow set-upPartner with other automation-focused team members to design journey workflows and ensure proper tracking, targeting and messaging for omnichannel interactionsParticipate in the analysis and implementation of Adobe Journey Optimizer and contribute to its integration with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including the Real Time Customer Data Platform, Adobe Target, and LaunchHelp manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standardsWork on a global team on the implementation of new marketing technology and processesEnsure campaigns delivered are in compliance with all relevant privacy and security regulations and standards

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
