Senior Specialist, Sales, BD Advanced Patient Monitoring

Becton Dickinson (BD) recently completed the acquisition of the Edwards Critical Care business.  This position is part of the Critical Care division, and as such will become a part of the BD organization in the future.  Critical Care will operate as a separate business unit, called Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) within BD's medical segment, aligning with BD's smart connected care approach.   BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world and is advancing the world of health by improving medical discovery, diagnostics and the delivery of care. You will make an impact by...

- Sell the company's medical devices products by interacting with established larger customers (physicians, medical labs, hospitals) and proactively create growth in territory.

- Monitor sales activity, create and adopt a Business Plan per account and follow up on Account & Market evolution, plan and prepare forecasts by account, product and therapy for the given territory as well as propose expenses for meetings and/or customer activities including Proctor visits

- Establish customer contact and strengthen relationships

- Maintain the in-service of products and ensure that customers are provided with adequate technical, product and in-service support, train customers on product use and ensure

after sales service by a continued follow with of the customers.

- Support marketing by reporting data in SFDC (Data collection, competitor and customer

activities) and execute marketing strategy

- Prepare and negotiate price offers. Tender and contracts in collaboration with Manager supervision

- Monitor and administer the Area (and Product Line) expense budgets to ensure control of costs

- Responsible for inventory management (ordering, shipment, swap & scrap).

负责库存管理(下单,运输,退换与报废)

- Create Sales Monthly reports outlining sales activities, product promotions, competition

products and price, tenders, etc.

制作销售月报,对销售活动、产品推广、竞品及其价格、招投标等事宜进行汇报。

What you'll need (Required):

- Bachelor’s Degree or above.

本科及以上学历
