This role is unique to JLL in that the MSA is a Service Agreement which is based on sourcing of Indirect Services on the front end and management of supplier and service delivery by a JLL operations team.  There are no JLL field representatives, all work is remote. 
Candidate must have a proven track record in high volume/large qty count of locations sourcing and negotiation with reduced cycle time- generally less than one week cycle time. Category focus in the technical services of HVAC, FLS, Elevators, etc. is preferred
Candidate must have a proven track rate managing large data sets for analysis and audit. Data sets maybe as large as 10,000+ fields of data
Knowledge of Federal Procurement Policy and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is considered a plus for the successful candidate

Responsibilities

Executing indirect commodity sourcing RFP’s for local, regional and national initiatives - up to 30,000 sitesMeet client cycle time for all RFP activities. Cycle times range from several days to several weeks.Manage large data sets for both procurement and auditing purposesFor certain categories, manage the inventory of equipment and insure data accuracy of inventory description and pricingManage supplier relationships as related to negotiations, administration and operational issuesEnsure contracting and procurement standards are maintained throughout the portfolioSupport the category management plans reflective of the category, risk profile and service standards applicable to each service categorySupport sourcing manager with communication, coordination and implementation of local and regional indirect sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations to suppliers and operations teamAssess and support building sourcing initiatives that provide detailed service commodity strategies that identify objectives, leveraged spend initiative; establish milestone timelinesSupport the sourcing and Account Manager in achieving all Account KPIs, goals and objectivesDevelop and manage an Audit Program respective to indirect sourcing documentation and executed Client Work Orders vs. implemented servicesIdentify and communicate opportunities to streamline Indirect sourcing processes and workload

Internal JLL relationships

Participate with JLL Client Operations and indirect sourcing teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits to the clientProvide management, detailed instructions and continuous follow-up to support the Operations of the AccountEstablish favorable relationships with JLL Corporate Legal and Risk ManagementWork in cooperation with JLL Finance and the Operations team to ensure that financial transactions are processed in an orderly and timely fashion

Client and Supplier relationships

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the MSA, Client’s business, Client Procurement Policy and FARIn collaboration with the Operations team, manage transition plans for new suppliersBe extremely proactive and responsive. Manage internal and external customer expectationsConduct local and regional performance review meetings when requested. Manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service obligationsEstablish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues to Client’s and Account team’s satisfaction.

Data management

Responsible for data integrity of indirect sourcing access database .Manage large volumes of data and data analysis

Compliance and Contracts

Ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with MSA and any proposed changes are formally reviewed Account Manager and approved by legal/risk managementCoordinate with the sourcing Manager, Account Manager, Legal and Risk Management groups to maintain consistency in form, nature, scope, and execution of contracts within guidelines and appropriate business practicesAdminister and maintain contract files to ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle and client Indirect sourcing requirements (and where applicable, the administration of supplier files, certificates of insurance, amendments, letters and other contractual documents).Provide back up support to daily contract management (trackers, creation and execution)

Experience

College degree and/or 5+ years of related experience in indirect sourcing or Finance/AccountingExcellent Inter-personal skills, organization skills, strong analytical abilityProven ability to work successfully in a decentralized environmentKnowledge of Federal Procurement Policy or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)Excellent communication skills – oral and written.Demonstrated ability to manage changeProven ability to deliver results in challenging environmentsExcellent PC skills, proficient in MS applicationsDemonstrated skills in Access and data management

Estimated total compensation for this position:

85,000.00 – 105,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
