L3Harris Technologies, Mission Networks Business is seeking a Subcontract Manager to support the FAA Data Communications Integrated Services (DCIS) who will be responsible for the procurement of subcontracts including the management of cost, schedule, and performance.
Essential Functions:
Implement sourcing strategies, assesses supplier risk (including financial), and develops mitigation plansPrepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes, and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontractsNegotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontractsTracks all Purchase Orders through reports, works matched exceptions, open commitments, receiving discrepancies, returns, supplier discrepancies, and problem reports/supplier corrective action responses. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.Total relevant experience to be minimum of 5 years in Procurement and/or Subcontracts. Experience to be one or a combination of the following: Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Contracts, Procurement, Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Legal and Government compliance, and/or Finance. Coursework, or practical experience that demonstrates business acumen, compliance, legal, negotiations skills, analytical mindset, strategy development and execution.Preferred Additional Skills:
