Job Description:
The Senior Subcontracts Specialist is an essential member of the EW Subcontracts / Supply Chain Management team. The Subcontract Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end lifecycle of subcontracts and is responsible for solicitations, fact finding, sourcing, documentation, negotiations, cost/price analysis, terms and conditions negotiations, and subcontract execution. The Senior Subcontracts Specialist is the main point of contact between suppliers and program teams and provides all contractual direction. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and fostering external supplier relations and building internal partnerships with key internal stakeholders.
Essential Functions:
Supply market analysis, solicitations, fact finding & source selectionAttention to detail; must be able to comprehend statements of work and hold suppliers accountable to the scope that is contractedManagement of multiple Purchase Orders and the cost, schedule, quality and technical requirements in them.
