As fintech continues to be a fast-growing customer segment for MA, the global Digital Transformation team drives Mastercard’s position as partner of choice for fintech companies and focuses on opportunities for growth with the segment and on how Mastercard enables the fintech segment overall.
The Global Fintech Acceleration team is accountable for managing and growing Mastercard’s global Fintech programs. Among these, the Engage program (see www.mastercard.com/engage) is focused on scaling deployment of Mastercard product and services by relying on a network of qualified partners. Through Engage, Mastercard identifies, qualifies, and serves a network of tech and fintech partners that help Mastercard’s customers deploy new value proposition to market. We are establishing sustainable collaboration models with partners so that they become a major distribution channel for our Mastercard services.
More specifically, the Engage Program Management team is responsible for building, expanding, enriching and running the Engage program. This namely includes identifying and delivering services and benefits to partners, partner onboarding flows, onboarding of additional products and solutions in the program and operating the program.
We are now seeking a Senior Specialist to maintain and run the Engage online ecosystem, in close interaction with the Engage business development team, Engage product and market stakeholders globally, and with the platform supplier.
The ideal candidate is a Technical Product Manager obsessed in offering the best customer experience.

Role
•\tResponsible for the development and the maintenance of the Engage online ecosystem, a Software-as-a-Service platform that includes the partner portal, the public directory and the public solutions marketplace.

•\tDevelop and maintain the Engage platform, with a strong focus on the efficiency of the event-based workflows and the platform relational database management system.

•\tManage the development of the new features of the platform. Build the business requirements, define the user interface and the user experience, targeting the best customer experience.

•\tSupport the maintenance and the development of the connectivity of the Engage platform to other internal and external platforms (including SalesForce.Com), identifying and defining the communication layer, using APIs and other connectors available in the platform.

•\tManage the development and operations of new program benefits for fintech partners, building the process flow and platform logic allowing the benefits to scale. This includes interactions with the legal, marketing, communications and Franchise divisions of Mastercard.

•\tBecome the subject matter expert for the Engage platform, offering second level support to any partner and internal stakeholder.

•\tProject manage the development of the Engage platform, maintain the roadmap and list of tasks, and help the team to prioritize expansion opportunities.

•\tEnsure cross-functional collaboration of all teams involved in the program (products, regions, marketing, legal, communications).

•\tBuild training documentation for team members and users of the Engage platform.

•\tDeliver key metrics and KPIs. Monitor and report Engage activities on a regular basis to all involved parties, adapting the communication to the audience (from project team to senior management).

All About You
•\tAbility to translate business needs into UX, UI and platform requirements.
•\tExperience in managing event-driven IT systems.
•\tStrong and demonstrated knowledge of RESTful principles.
•\tAbility to work with platform-native connectors.
•\tExperience in platform authentication & authorization.
•\tAbility to write and maintain technical documentation.
•\tAffinity for Fintech and innovation, with sense of urgency.
•\tPassion for giving support and guiding global business partners, internally and externally – show demonstrated experience.
•\tHigh sense of data accuracy and exactitude in running qualitative processes.
•\tExperience in analysis of operational data to support business decisions and proven process management experience – inclusive of process design and system optimization.
•\tDemonstrated experience in managing a project management tool, like Monday.com, is a plus.
•\tDemonstrated strong self-awareness, open to different approaches and ideas and open to challenging status quo to drive new business initiatives. Self-motivated, thrives in the ambiguity that comes with a lean and agile team at the forefront of an evolving space.
•\tProactively able to identify opportunities and develop strategies to take advantage of these opportunities.
•\tResults driven, solutions and customer focused, with strong business acumen and sense of urgency.
•\tExcellent communication, management, interpersonal and leadership skills.
•\tSolid understanding of the payments industry is a plus.
•\tExperience in managing a partner program and working with SalesForce.com is a plus.
