Senior Specialist, Technology Partnership

Job Description

The Position

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Specialist, Technology Partnership to one of our teams. The role will focus on improving and enhancing communication and partnership within the business. We are looking for a candidate with open mind, great communicational skills, and knack for technology. If you are an experienced Project Manager, not just from the IT sector, and you would like to make a significant impact on our business, we will be happy to meet you!

What will you do?

Leads business requirement gathering to understand enhancements needed.Supports roadmap development and maintenance of product backlog.Coordinates across business stakeholders to prioritize needs for deployment that advance policy objectives.Communicates strategy and portfolio to key business stakeholder and facilitates buy-in across key stakeholders including all digital innovation initiatives.Works closely with Product Line Leads and partners to implement enhancement initiatives to advance business outcomes.Coordinates with business stakeholders to identify pain points within processes and technologies.Engages with technical teams supporting resolution of IT solution issues and incidents.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

5+ years of experience IT and/or Project management role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive initiatives to meet business objectives.Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and complex environment.Demonstrated ability working with Microsoft Office product suite.Proven track record of communicating effectively across stakeholder groups.Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to support multiple projects and deadlines.
