We’re looking for a Trust & Safety Enablement Senior Specialist to join team Snapchat! As a member of the Trust & Safety Enablement team, you will drive successful projects and initiatives across global vendor operations, tooling, compliance, and Quality Assurance. Working from our Los Angeles headquarters or San Francisco, or Palo Alto, you’ll collaborate with the Product, Engineering, Data Science, Policy, & Legal teams to streamline safety processes, drive strategy, and protect Snapchatters.
What you’ll do:
Design and implement new operational workflows and track progress via a project plan, consider stakeholder impacts and helping them adopt the change
Enhance existing operational workflows via process improvements
Identify tooling discrepancies, provide recommendations for improvements and liaise with technical teams to implement solutions
Enhance existing Quality Assurance (QA) process and ensure global alignment through internal & external feedback loop processes to drive quality improvements
Develop and track internal/external business metrics related to new projects and capabilities
Investigate issues, identify their root causes, and implement comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor operations performance
Create and enhance knowledge management documentation and deliver training
Serve as a consultative partner and liaison with our external vendor teams and internal cross functional partners
Anticipate risks and impacts to T&S operations, negotiate with decision makers, and balance business needs versus technical constraints
Execute effective workforce management and capacity planning
Routinely review abuse and safety incident reports in queues, take appropriate action per operations policies, and follow through clearly and consistently on every report
Be willing and able to work with sensitive, offensive, or disturbing issues and content that includes but is not limited to child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, and suicide which may be considered offensive or disturbing.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Intermediate analytical skills, including working with large data sets to solve business problems, and providing practical business insights via data visualization software (Advanced EXCEL, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, track deliverables and work independently with minimal supervision.
Process driven individual with a proven track record of identifying gaps and implementing new processes / process optimizations.
Experience in change management activities, along with designing and executing on communications and training plans.
Self-Starter – takes initiative to identify opportunities to improve or build on processes and work products.
Project management experience, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver results while maintaining a focus on quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
Not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done, no type of work is “beneath” them.
Minimum qualifications:
3+ years of experience in consulting, online operations, product management, project management, or related experience managing special projects
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred qualifications:
1+ years of Trust & Safety experience a plus, but not required

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base salary range for this position is $94,000-$141,000 annually.
Zone B:
The base salary range for this position is $89,000-$134,000 annually.Zone C:
The base salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
