Senior Specialist – Training & Induction

What you will do

Training Coordination: Assist POD lead in organizing and scheduling training sessions, including arranging facilities, equipment, and materials.

Maintain an updated training calendar, track attendance, and collect feedback from participants. Support the POD lead in identifying training needs through surveys, feedback sessions, and discussions with department leads.Maintain accurate records of training and induction programs, tracking participant progress and completion. Support in any training vendor onboarding

Employee Training Support: Provide ongoing support to employees for questions related to training resources, access to learning materials, and the use of online training platforms.

Act as a liaison between employees and training providers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues promptly

Training Vendor management: Support vendor selection, onboarding, and relationship management to ensure high-quality training solutions.

Coordinate with vendors to align training programs with business needs and organizational goals. Monitor vendor performance and collect feedback to assess training effectiveness.Manage necessary documentation related to training programs, including contracts, invoices, and compliance records. Ensure timely processing of vendor payments, coordinating with finance teams to prevent delays

HR Induction Program ("Genesis")

Lead and drive the organization-wide induction program for new hires. Develop and manage induction schedules, orientation materials, and engaging introductory sessions.Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees, addressing questions and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Collaborate with stakeholders to customize induction programs based on functional and departmental needs.Oversee the administrative and logistical aspects of onboarding, including accommodation arrangements, budget, resource allocation, and coordination with various functions.

What you need

Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2-4 years’ experience in HR or employee training (preferred but not mandatory).Familiarity with HRIS systems and training software is a plus.Prior experience of working in Multinationals, with multiple stakeholders in a matrix structure
