Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for finance? Avis Budget Group is seeking a motivated Senior Specialist to join our Billing Solutions team. What you´ll do:
Ensure invoicing is in line with the key customers’ contractual billing terms.
Resolve invoicing errors and rebill the customer in case necessary.
Prepare special format billing files for Key Customers.
Validate that billing is in accordance with local compliance requirements.
Find root causes of invoicing problems and focus on their timely solution.
Process customer queries & refunds.
Monitor the query mailbox, resolve requests & respond to internal stakeholders.
Assist the team of specialists in daily operational tasks.
Take the lead in the new joiner trainings.
You should apply if you bring:
Confident English language knowledge.
German language knowledge is a plus.
At least 1 year experience in the Billing Solutions department of the BSC (in case you are an internal candidate).
University or college degree is preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication skills & ability to work in a team.
A proactive and a can-do attitude.
Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership of tasks.
Logical thinking as well as analytical skills.
Experience in using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
