Baxter Diagnostic Cardiology is a multifaceted growth category with industry-leading clinical and connected solutions that save and sustain lives. Reporting to the Director, US Cardiology Marketing, you will join a large, multinational organization, and have the opportunity to expand your knowledge through collaboration with a variety of individuals, exposure to different facets of our portfolio, and an encouraging leadership team that supports ongoing development.

Baxter’s diagnostic cardiology portfolio encompasses over 100 years of innovation. Our end-to-end devices and solutions for diagnostic cardiology help clinicians provide better cardiac care inside and outside the hospital.

What you'll be doing

Serve as US market/business authority of stress, Holter monitoring, and long-term ECG solutions, implementing and supporting product, positioning, promotion, and pricing initiatives to maintain and grow the product categoryWork closely with sales teams to drive customer product awareness and adoption. Develop sales training to enable field sales team to understand connected ECG workflows and help them articulate key clinical, economic, and financial benefits of our stress and Holter solutions.Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver remote training and demonstrations to new and potential customersAnalyze market trends, share position, and competitive solutions.Conduct secondary research on products, customers and competitors, industry, product, and competitor development; generate data-based report for decisions on product managementBuild and implement product launch and go to market plans to support new product and feature releases including strategies to increase adoption and upgrade the installed base.Establish customer reference sites, evidence-based proof points, and testimonials of product value propositions.Partner with marketing communications team to develop communications materials, demand generation programs, and product support materials value propositions.

What you'll bring

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA preferred.2+ years experience in marketing, product management, Healthcare IT, or related field.Knowledge of cardiology and diagnostic workflows or Healthcare IT preferred.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Strong financial and analytical skills including Microsoft Office Excel.Excellent customer presentation skills and executive presence.Ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner and lead multiple priorities while working cross functionally.Ability to travel up to 20-25%.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $96,000 - 132,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
