The role involves providing guidance, analysis, and knowledge transfer for the design and development of citizen development and automation solutions. The individual will own the solution specification and be accountable for supervising the design and integration execution. **Responsibilities** + Assist CIH leadership in defining and implementing a Citizen Development Center of Excellence and Community of Practice. + Collaborate with stakeholders across CIH to understand their business needs and guide the design and development of citizen development solutions to support their objectives. + Support 'Art of the Possible' sessions to raise awareness about potential use cases for process improvement using application development and automation solutions. + Lead discovery efforts to identify the appropriate technology and architecture for citizen application development and automation solutions. + Develop end-to-end solutions within the citizen development ecosystem and other automation technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate/Flow, SharePoint, Alteryx, and Automation Anywhere. + Define a training plan for all CIH members to enhance their citizen development and automation skills. Support the community of practice by leading training sessions, maintaining SharePoint/Teams sites, answering questions via the CIH work requests form, and hosting office hours. + As a Citizen Development expert, guide CIH members in developing their own citizen development solutions. + Partner with the CIH leadership team to coordinate design thinking workshops and hackathons for discovery and proof of concepts. + Collaborate with Nestle USA Innovation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) teams to design best practices for Citizen Development solutions. + Liaise with Nestle’s Digital Hub product management groups (RPA/Innovation) to understand the capabilities and feature roadmap of citizen development technologies. + When applicable, collaborate with RPA and IT to prepare requirements and validate the development of high-complexity solutions handled by third-party vendors. **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree or higher within Computer Science or related field + 5+ years of overall experience in Design, Development & delivery of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions leveraging Automation and Applications + 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform; Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Microsoft Certified Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200), or Microsoft Dynamics 365+ Power Platform Solution Architect (MB600) certification + Experience with data management tools like Microsoft Data Flow/Factory, Alteryx, SSIS for data transfer and preparation is a plus + Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus + Experience with process documentation and improvement + Knowledge of Cloud, security, infrastructure, databases, and networking + Proficiency in SQL, .NET, Dynamics 365, Power Apps Component Framework, O365, Azure API management, Azure Logic Apps, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), and Azure cloud services + Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies is required + Knowledge of UX design best practices + Experience with PowerBI to build reports and visualizations that enable decision-making is a plus 338246 \#LI-MD1 It is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
