Job Description:  L3Harris is currently seeking to hire an Integrated Product Support (IPS) Engineering Services Sr Specialist to support Strategic Missions Division (SMD) programs. Management tasks include developing and/or providing oversight on leading logistics tasks and projects, depot/supply support operations, system design interface/influence as well as facilities management and IT Services Support structures.

Responsible for specialized tasks in depot/sustainment and Packing, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) management, and the planning and execution of IPS projects and activities within SMD.

Essential Functions: 

Manage an efficient PHS&T process which introduces minimal organizational delay time or errors, and results in improving system availability and lowering overall life cycle cost (LLC)Interface daily with engineering teams and Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to ensure all SMD PHS&T needs are being met Process, track, and close-out the shipment of products to and from customer sites, the depot, and possibly OEMs Perform asset and equipment audits on customer and company owned propertyManage PHS&T stock such as packing materials, boxes, crates, etc. and order supplies when neededManage assets and request calibration/repair servicesLead depot specific operations as directed by PMO and/or IPTLWorks with engineering teams to evaluate and implement process improvementsActively participates in building a collaborative and productive team environment

Qualifications: 

Requires practical knowledge of job area. Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
