Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

Executive the HR services processes for Brazil:  benefits administration, personnel, and document administration, HRIS, and data management according to regional and global frameworks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

Ensure the execution with the excellence of the HR Services/Hire to Retire processes like Document Management (filing and archiving of documents, contracts/letters, certificates, others), Leave and Absence Administration (vacations, sick/parental/maternity leaves), and correct registration with the local government, Master data Management (people and organizational data management), Manage SAP Maintenance of Data according to global and regional systems management policy to ensure system harmonization and data integrity.

 

Ensure receipt of mandatory documents to begin the hiring process and respective contact with the new employee, to receive mandatory personal documentation, in accordance with local data protection laws. Follow with the respective registration in the systems and ensure the new employee’s contract is signed on their first day of work.

 

Exit Management (administrate involuntary, voluntary, and retirement exits) and correct registration in the payroll system, with the correct justification and the related document kit for signing and ending the relationship, consider the local legislation indicated for this process. Knowledge of calculating terminations and the respective payments of mandatory tax charges within the period determined by legislation. Ensure that the former employee signs the approval documents (after the payment termination deadline).

 

Administer time management with the correct systemic parameterization in payroll and working hours control systems, as determined by current labor legislation and union rules, and analysis of data present at the close of the monthly, under great criticism, to avoid errors in payroll processing and liability.

 

Ensure the benefits administration processes for the country, working in alignment with the regional and local organization Rewards and management with the correct systemic parameterization in payroll for discounts and reporting.

 

Administrate mobility local activities to ensure employee movements, compliance, and adherence to mobility policy and local legislation. Collaborate with the regional Mobility Manager on local mobility vendor management activities.

 

Manage employee inquiries related to HR Services processes.

 

Manage HR Services and benefits vendors.

 

Ensure proper and timely payment of all HR Services/H2R-related invoices while adhering to the company’s payment terms.

 

Ensure the correct participation, collaboration, and preparation for government and company requirements and audits in the processes related to the area.

 

Work in alignment with HR and legal teams to manage employee and labor relations activities.          

 

Partner with HRD and/or business for alignment and ensuring best-in-class services.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

 

Experienced in the job and fully qualified/trained for the countries that will support. Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices. Knowledge of Brazil's local processes, practices, and labor law Knowledge of HR Systems (e.g.: SAP, Success Factors). Knowledge of local Labor System of Government (e.g.: Conectividade Social, E-Social, DCTF Web). Influence others Stakeholder management Experience managing / working with virtual teams. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

4 to 5 years of work experience English proficiency Portugues proficiency Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or other related careers
