Higher professional education
Experience:
2 years in a logistics specialist position or similar, which includes experience in managing international deliveries and working with customs authorities.
Knowledge, skills, abilities: knowledge of the English language at an upper intermediate level and developed communication and organizational skills.
Personal and business qualities: honesty, openness, benevolence, stress resistance, ability to work in a team, creativity, belief in success.

PURPOSE
The purpose of the work of the Leading Specialist is the high-quality and timely performance of his duties and assigned tasks.

OFFICIAL DUTIES
Functional duties:
Ensuring smooth delivery of goods to the warehouse;
Consolidation of goods at factories for efficient and timely delivery and minimization of logistics costs;
Organization and control of equipment delivery timeliness;
Ensuring the effective use of the budget and preservation of the company's assets;
Product quality control;
Conducting negotiations and all communication with counterparties;
Update, support and creation of all necessary reporting and analyzes for the logistics department;
Preparation of reports, analyses, and data at the request of the business;
Organization of document flow for customs clearance of exports;

Preparation of a complete set of documents for export registration;
Coordination of work of customs brokers;
Communication with the commercial department regarding export issues.
Work with contracts of the division (together with the legal department)
