Job Responsibilities :

1. Provide L3 support for A6 and C6 during project phase
2. Debug field issues reported by L2 support system
3. Provide L3 support for MMP
4. Work on ticket resolution, monitoring and management
5. Support in software upgrade planning, execution and monitoring

Education Requirement :

B.E / B.Tech

Experience Requirement :

10 to 15 years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Experience in network and technical support
2. Proficiency in WiFi technologies, PTP, PTMP, backhaul technologies
3. Experience in LAN, WAN, routing, TCP/IP protocols, DNS, DHCP
4. Knowledge on Linux OS, shell scripting, python and automation
5. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to WiFi networks
6. Troubleshooting skills for UBR-related issues
