The Senior Specialist of Paid Social will focus on the day-to-day management and optimization of paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The role requires a strong technical foundation in paid social advertising, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics to optimize performance throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:In-Platform Campaign Management:Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms, including audience segmentation, ad creation, and bid strategy.Monitor performance in real-time, making adjustments to improve targeting, bidding, and overall campaign effectiveness.Stay informed on the latest trends, updates, and features from Meta and implement best practices.Data-Driven Analysis:Utilize advanced analytics, including SQL and Excel, to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.Develop reports and dashboards to track key metrics, such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.Use insights to inform new targeting strategies, creative testing, and campaign refinement.Collaboration & Creative Testing:Work closely with the creative team to develop and test new ad creatives, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience expectations.Collaborate with other digital marketing specialists to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.3+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).Strong technical skills with in-platform management of paid social, as well as proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools.Ability to analyze large data sets and draw actionable insights to drive campaign optimizations.Familiarity with audience segmentation and customer journey mapping.**Preference is for this position to be hybrid out of our Lincolnshire, IL offices. Remote candidates will be considered and occasional travel to our Lincolnshire, IL offices may be required.**

Pay Range:
