In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Receive orders from different customers in Asia and check them for completeness. Enter data or order items in Business Systems and coordinate with the factory for product manufacturing. Monitor the order and ensure the goods will be delivered to the customer on-time. Answer order-related queries from customer via email, chat, or call.For this role, you will need:
Bachelor’s degree of any 4-year course. At least 2.5 years of working experience in order management or similar support/functions. General knowledge of quote to cash process.Who you are:

With excellent analytical and quantitative skills, you can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports.
