This position is with Order Management (Career Delivery) team within Career line of business. OM team takes care of end-to-end order booking/invoicing and access granting for the career products. We verify, validate and process requests received from sales consultants and support them with processing it in GPOS and fulfilling it through different platforms. It is a global team; provide support to multiple regions such as Asia Pacific, EMEA, North America and Latin America.

We will count on you to: 

Daily work management, Invoice processing and order fulfilment 

Internal peer reviews and RCA 

Written and verbal communication with onshore business partners   

Data preparation and reporting 

Ensuring compliance of all internal and client policies 

Providing timely updates to team manager and Onshore counterparts 

Driving process improvements 

Providing training to the new joiners as per the defined training procedure 

Updating process documents such as SOPs, FAQs and DTPs 

What you need to have:  

Graduation / post-graduation in any stream 

Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a professional organization 

Excellent command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)  

Exceptional English Communication Skills 

Problem solving ability and attention to detail. 

Ability to multitask, self-starter. 

Excellent analytical skills and high focus on accuracy
