Senior Specialist Real Estate Strategy- Hybrid

The Senior Specialist in Real Estate Strategic Planning Support will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives within the organization’s real estate portfolio. This position is designed for a professional with a strong analytical background who can manage, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support decision-making processes. The incumbent will be responsible for developing comprehensive dashboards to visualize key data insights while also contributing to high-level strategic planning discussions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of quantitative skills, strategic thinking, and real estate knowledge. This role will be based at our Headquarters in Rahway, NJ (USA) **Key Responsibilities** + Data Management and Analysis- Manage large datasets relevant to real estate assets, market trends, and strategic performance. Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights to inform strategic decisions. Develop statistical models and forecasting tools to support real estate planning. + Dashboard Development- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and accessible for stakeholders at all levels of the organization. + Strategic Planning Support- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for strategic planning initiatives, including market analysis, site selection, and portfolio optimization. Help develop long-term strategic plans by integrating quantitative data analysis with qualitative insights. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership highlighting key findings and strategic. + Project Management: Develop project plans outlining scope, timelines and resources. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. Monitoring project execution against defined milestones and providing updates to management. Provide comprehensive support for stakeholder meetings. + Prepare executive level presentations that effectively communicate project goals, performance metrics, and outcomes ensuring clarity and impact. Translate complex project data and information into engaging visual formats for better understanding. **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in business or analytics, or a related field. **Required Experience and Skills:** + Minimum of 3 years of related experience, with a proven track record of managing and interpreting large datasets. + Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and strategically. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. **Preferred Experience and Skills:** + Proficiency in Power BI or alike platforms, to create impactful visual narratives based on data. + Proficiency in using images, infographics, and charts to represent data visually.
