Senior Specialist Sales Support ASEAN

You will be supporting Professional Tools businesses by providing premium customer care for products such as RIDGID, Greenlee and Klauke – Industry-leading products for mechanical, electrical, utility, and plumbing tradespeople. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Provide professional and efficient customer service as guided by a defined process and procedure, using tools and systems, within the assigned function and scope of work  Provide General Product Information (price and lead time, warranty and RMA request) and do Order Management (mailbox management, order entry, order status, shipping discrepancy)  Provide professional and accurate solutions for customer concerns  Provide regular order update and open order report to all distribution partners. Work hand in hand with the entire sales team in making sure that Orders are shipped on a timely manner and within the region’s sales policy. Support distributors inquiries regarding order fulfillment, reports and coordinate valuable activities for 3PL. Tracking, correction, and processing of missing, misread, or incomplete purchase order 

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor’s Degree in any 4-year course  Minimum of 3-year experience in an interactive customer service, order and demand management are required. Background in Logistics is a plus. Background in offshore service operations specifically ASEAN is an advantage.
