Senior Specialist Sustainability Reporting

By joining us as a **SeniorSpecialist, Sustainability Reporting,** you will be involved in creating structured and consistent Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosures for our customers, investors, and other partners. In this role, you will centrally track and help communicate Emerson’s ESG performance and efforts globally. You will support the standard disclosure process, validate ESG data gathered from various teams involved in the reporting processes, and assist with local sustainability programs implemented by Manila’s Environmental Sustainability Committee. Enjoy our market-competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package, well-being programs, and career development opportunities. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + To coordinate the response to ESG/Sustainability collaborator (e.g., investors and customers) requests and questionnaires, and to coordinate and validate evidence collection. + To document internal ESG disclosure/reporting processes and procedures, identify innovative workflow efficiencies, and implement solutions to improve our processes. + To provide support in implementing the standardized process of managing customer ESG requests and improving the process and system. + To analyze data from customer and investor ESG requests to identify trends and draw conclusions to help guide Emerson’s ESG strategies and initiatives. + To support ESG disclosures more broadly in the annual submission to EcoVadis, CDP, and UN Global Compact by working with cross-functional teams to collect data, documents, and/or messaging for external reports. + To develop a strong understanding of the ESG/Sustainability reporting landscape, follow reporting trends, regulations, and frameworks such as SASB, GRI, TCFD, CSRD, SFRD, EU Taxonomy, etc. + To prepare gap analysis for ESG reporting and response to third-party ESG rating agencies. **Who You Are:** You are a passionate individual motivated to drive environmental sustainability progress with a creative mind and a global footprint.
