Purpose of the Role:

The Senior Specialist Workplace Management role at adidas is essential in ensuring high-quality and continuous optimization of workplace management processes. This position is pivotal in managing general services vendors, equipment, and supplies effectively and efficiently to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction within the Southeast Europe region.

 

What you'll do:

Ensure high quality and continuous optimization of processes in the assigned service area, supporting adidas employees at the Athens Head Office. Ensure smooth operations while considering business and safety-related objectives, as well as compliance with all statutory regulations and codes of practice. Organize, monitor, and control operational processes with economic aspects in mind. Control, coordinate, document, and provide administrative support for the provision of external services. Manage the external provider of the assigned service area, ensuring economic efficiency. Clarify interfaces and responsibilities. Create and review Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the task or responsibility area to optimize internal and external service provision. Provide technical support in concluding service and service level agreements. Ensure high quality, optimization, and legal security of commissioned services. Serve as a contact person for service-relevant technical issues and support internal departments for process optimization in the assigned specialist area. Oversee commercial facility management, including obtaining and comparing quotations, creating purchase orders, and posting incoming goods in the ERP system. Track the budget and assist with budget planning for the area of activity. Ensure required documentation is in accordance with applicable law. Act as an interface between adidas and external service providers, maintaining internal and external communication with customers, authorities, service providers, and suppliers.

 

Skills you'll need:

Extensive practical experience and/or vocational training in workplace management, facilities management, or a related field. Additional qualifications or certifications relevant to workplace management (e.g., Facility Management Professional (FMP), OSHA certification, Project Management certification). Profound technical knowledge in the specialist area. Independent, committed, and process-oriented working style. Confident and friendly personality. Open-minded team player willing to learn and develop new skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of the local language is preferred; other languages are a bonus. Very good MS-Office skills.
