What are we looking for?

We are on the hunt for an experienced Sr. Staff Developer - Process and Collaboration Tools. As an innovative cybersecurity SaaS organization, we value creativity, collaboration, and an unwavering dedication to security. If you are passionate about the Atlassian Suite (primarily Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence) and have a knack for driving projects across diverse teams, we want to hear from you. 

Our ideal candidate will have deep expertise within the Atlassian Suite, including custom development, scripting, integrations, along with maintenance/administration. The candidate will have an interest in scaling our processes and tooling and extending our collaboration ecosystem through the implementation of enterprise level tooling in support of Product & Technology related processes. The candidate can effortlessly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical teams. 

This role will join a global Process & Collaboration Tools Team within SentinelOne’s Product & Technology Operations Organization. 

What will you do? 

This role is a combination of architecture, development, as well as stakeholder and project management. This role will provide technical leadership and mentorship. 

Help define process and tooling architecture.  Spearhead the development and customization of our Atlassian Suite, focusing on Jira, JSM and Confluence, ensuring they cater to our organization's unique needs. Implement third party tooling and drive integrations between the Atlassian Suite and other business critical systems in support of Product & Technology related processes.  Regularly review and assess the state of our tooling, identifying areas for improvement, streamlining, or further customization. Act as a bridge between our engineering, product, and various other cross-functional teams. Gather requirements, drive projects, and ensure our tools are optimized for collaboration and efficiency. Act as a subject matter expert in all things Atlassian, offering guidance, best practices, and recommendations to enhance our utilization of the suite. Responsible for project management aspects of larger tooling projects.  Maintain clear channels of communication with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that everyone is kept in the loop and understands the capabilities and limitations of our tools. Mentor junior and mid-level developers to help foster technical growth, instill a customer-centric mindset, nurture talent, and provide guidance to help elevate the team’s capabilities. 

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

10+ years of hands-on experience with development, scripting, and customization in the Atlassian Suite of products, particularly Jira, JSM and Confluence. Skilled with development and scripting in languages such as Python, Java, Groovy, and JavaScript. Experience integrating enterprise tools such as Salesforce and Workday with Jira. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a varied audience. You must be able to navigate discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders with ease. A strong understanding of business processes and a keen focus on aligning processes and tooling to gain efficiencies, enhance visibility and improve productivity. Demonstrated ability to drive projects, gather and prioritize requirements, and lead cross-functional teams toward a common goal. A knack for troubleshooting and identifying potential challenges or roadblocks, coupled with the initiative to proactively address them. Salary from 5500 EUR/month.
Yearly variable target bonus depending on the performance of the company, paid out in 2 installments.
*The final base salary component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
