The opportunity: As Marvell SQE, you will have the opportunity to work with world class Offshore Assembly and Test (OSAT) service providers to deliver leading edge products to the world.

What You Can Expect

Manage OSATs suppliers’ quality.Work with Suppliers on Continuous Improvement Program.Manage periodic quality review with the suppliers.Conduct supplier and host customer audits.Manage Supplier Process Change Notice.Disposition of non-conformance Material.Chair Material Review Board (MRB)Manage supplier/customer 8D SCAR, corrective/preventive actions implementation and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor assembly manufacturing industry.Experience in supplier quality engineering.Knowledge in process engineering, packaging, advance packaging (CoWoS) or quality assurance within semiconductor assembly industry is added advantage.Knowledge of 8-Discipline report, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment (DOE).Supplier audit experience.Knowledge in ISO9001, VDA6.3 is an added advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of written and spoken English.Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, multiple tasks environment.A team player.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
