We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Staff Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function for the Connectivity Business Unit (BU), including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Partner with Marketing and Engineering teams to align financial strategies with business goals and drive cross-functional collaboration. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.What You Can Expect
Lead the FP&A function for the Connectivity BU, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Partner with Marketing and Engineering teams to align financial strategies with business goals and drive cross-functional collaboration.Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to drive business performance.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and optimize financial performance.Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a team.Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Experience in business partnering with cross-functional teams, particularly in Marketing and Engineering.Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure setting.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and mentoring talent.Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
128,900 - 190,700, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
