Wrike is an enterprise-ready, cloud-based collaborative work management platform for managing cross-functional work at scale that is fully configurable and enables contextual collaboration in a secure environment. Enterprises use Wrike to offer a single digital workplace for all of their departments and teams. One of our internal teams is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer who can help develop and evolve our technical foundation, product architecture and complex UI components. In this role, you'll have the freedom to use your skills to make important decisions that will have a noticeable impact on the Wrike product. ML Team adds AI technology to Wrike. On a high level our mission sounds like: “Make life of our customers simpler by taking routine tasks and helping to unleash creativity”. Our main tracks are Search, Smart Suggestions and, of course, utilizing LLMs to process or generate work-related data. The team consists of FE and BE engineers, QA, Data Science engineers, Product Manager, Designer and Engineering Manager. Our team is located both in Prague and in Cyprus. We are collaborating both inside the team and to other product teams towards achieving company goals together. Our approach is mostly experiments- and feedback-based: we introduce a lot of AI-based features in different scopes, trying to find growth leverages for our key metrics. This makes us customer-oriented and takes good understanding of business.

You will achieve your best if you have 5+ years of prior relevant experience  An understanding of how browsers work (work with DOM, event loop, networking, etc.) Experience in web development (React, Redux, TypeScript). Advanced communication skills in English Interest in AI-related technologies and desire to apply them in practice  Self-organization and qualities of a team player, proactiveness in improving tech foundation and delivery processes, understanding of customers problems we are solving (not just putting code to production)
