Job Description
This Senior Staff HR Business Partner position will support the Power Product Group, in partnership with the lead HR Business Partner for the group globally.
This role involves partnering with various HR functions, including Regional HR, COEs, and HR Operations, to align strategies with business objectives. The successful candidate will work in partnership with senior leaders to address their business objectives and provide strategic HR solutions, while fostering a culture that balances business needs with employee advocacy.
Responsibilities:
Understand business specific priorities, challenges, and goals to drive people actions that support business success across:Talent Reviews and Succession Planning.Strategic Hiring and Candidate Assessment.Performance Management Process including performance assessments, calibration, and compensation planning.Job Analysis and Evaluation to determine job level, base salary, and career progression.Organization DesignWorkforce Planning Strategy and Implementation.Leadership and development initiativesProactively highlight trends and themes that may impact business goals.Coach business leaders on people related and team leadership matters.Support the resolution of complex people issues in partnership with regional HR.Continuously builds business acumen by attending business staff meetings, offsides, town halls, roundtables.Support and contribute to change and transformation efforts, special projects as directed including mergers and acquisition support.Provides support for critical HR initiatives as needed.Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: 10+ years of direct HR Business Partnering experience, ideally within the tech or semiconductor industry.Location: Position is hybrid based in Plano, TX.Ability to combine a creative, innovative approach with commercial acumen.Ability to motivate, influence and work collaboratively with the rest of the HR team globally.Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex employee relations issues quickly, smartly and autonomously.Results driven and delivery focused, with a high level of integrity.Ability to build strong, credible relationships quickly and to be trusted at all levels of the organization.Ability to provide clear feedback to all levels of employees/managers.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.Strong persuasion, influencing and project management skills.Travel will be required within the U.S., potentially up to once a month, and may include international travel as well.
