Our team specializes in product engineering, supporting the Automotive, Networking, and Switch business units. We collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to develop and advance multi-terabit Ethernet technologies, driving industry-leading product lines from New Product Introduction (NPI) through to mass production. With a focus on innovation, we are shaping essential technologies that enhance connectivity and secure data, transforming automotive and enterprise network architectures to deliver impactful solutionsWhat You Can Expect
Responsible for New Product Introduction, initial phase of silicon bring up working with NPI Product and Test team
Collaborate with cross functional teams, (Test, Foundry, Reliability, Engineering teams) to drive NPI development.
Analyze yield at engineering sample phase and characterize NPI product performances and manufacturing yield window
Perform data mining and statistical data analysis on wafer sort and final test parametric to support initial product assessment
Support test engineering on resolving test program related issues
Plan and coordinate for (data analysis, debug, root-cause, implementing solutions) yield & test time improvement activities to meet the set mass production release goals
Collaborate with HVM PE to identify and drive production capacity improvement after production release via test time reduction, yield improvements, qualifying alternate sources etc.
What We're Looking For
B.S. in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field. M.S. preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
Minimum 5 years and demonstrable hands on knowledge of Auto Test Equipment (ATE), Adventest 93K, and test handler is a plus
Demonstrated proficiency with strong hands-on test development and debug skills
Self-directed, capable of managing complex projects, working individually and collaborating with cross functional teams to achieve objectives
Strong analytical skills and statistically literate
Knowledge of yield analysis, quality management tools
Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
