What You Can Expect

Facilities and Workplace Management:

Responsible for managing facilities and workplace operations across all APAC sites (Singapore, China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Vietnam), ensuring they meet the needs of the business units and stakeholders.Collaborate with local contractors and builders to resolve any building-related issues that may affect office operations, including power supply, seepage, and statutory concerns.Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations, including the management of critical IDF & MDF rooms, and high-critical labs across multiple locations. Ensure the establishment of a skilled technical team and manage technical operations to prevent downtime.Ensure that all yearly shutdowns are meticulously planned and executed in coordination with Business Units (BU) and IT stakeholders, and that maintenance of all critical equipment is effectively managed to support continuous operations.Guarantee seamless operations for employees by managing facilities management (FM) and workplace operations across APAC, including PPM management for all critical equipment's.

Vendor and Contract Management:

Ensure all contracts are up-to-date, collaborating with the APAC CREW team and Legal team to manage renewals and execute new contracts across APAC.Work closely with Procurement and Finance teams to manage the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle effectively and oversee vendor management across multiple APAC countries.

Stakeholder Management:

Engage with business unit stakeholders across APAC to understand and deliver on workplace and facilities expectations.Drive continuous improvement in workplace and facilities processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the region.Set up and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with FM partners, regularly reviewing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and conducting Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings.

Soft Services Management:

Lead the food program across all APAC offices, enhancing employee experience by offering a variety of options and maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction.Manage food vendors, ensuring high standards of hygiene and service quality are consistently met across the region.

Compliance and Audit Management:

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and internal statutory audits related to Corporate Real Estate and Workplace (CREW) for all APAC offices.Ensure that all processes and documentation are properly aligned with audit requirements, maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Financial and Budget Management:

Develop and manage regional budgets (Capex & Opex), ensuring alignment with Marvell's strategic goals and operational needs across APAC.Track and report on budget utilization, ensuring investments are made wisely in infrastructure improvements across multiple APAC locations.Focus on infrastructure resiliency and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) in collaboration with the EHS team to maintain a safe and healthy environment for employees.

Service Management:

Ensure ServiceNow (and future Planon) tickets are managed and closed in accordance with SLA requirements across APAC locations.

Process Improvements:

  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workplace and facilities operations. Consolidate data for reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and insights for decision-making. Prepare presentations for proposals, initiatives, and management updates. Track and monitor activities across APAC workplace and facilities, ensuring timely execution and closure. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

12 -15+ years of experience in facilities and workplace management, preferably in the IT or semiconductor industry, with exposure to multi-country operations across the APAC region.Proven expertise in lease transactions, space planning, infrastructure projects, and workplace strategy across multiple sites.Strong professional skills, with experience in managing diverse teams across different geographies and working with FM partners, vendors, and outsourced service providers.Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to engage with regional and global leadership, business units, and cross-functional teams.Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements across various APAC countries, ensuring workplace operations align with local laws and company policies.Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive key workplace initiatives.Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate across APAC markets and with key stakeholders.Certifications such as Facilities Management Professional (FMP) from IFMA or Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) from CoreNet are an added advantage.Strategic mindset with strong adaptability, capable of navigating complex, fast-paced environments and implementing scalable workplace solutions.Approachable and collaborative, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.High availability and responsiveness, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of workplace challenges across the region.Understanding of Facilities, Real Estate, Lease Administration and Asset Management industry and practices in the areas of space planning, occupancy, maintenance, and portfolio management.Strong organizational and process documentation skills, proven technical aptitude, attention to detail and quality.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Smartsheet.Proficiency with other MS Office applications including Word and PowerPoint.Strategic problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills, both oral and written, including advanced negotiation skills and customer service acumen.Willingness to take ownership of requests; prioritize and meet deadlines
