Key Responsibilities:The Senior Staff Representative, Instructional Designer position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions, including instructor-led and eLearning courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Methodology. Manages the design of training resources needed to effectively train employees within a diverse footprint (brick and mortar, remote, and contract employees) of the organization.
Develop eLearning, instructor led, blended learning and virtual training materials, including facilitator support guides, end user guides, and other learning activities as needed for assigned training projectsFacilitate sessions with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of course content and train-the-trainer classes with facilitatorsWork independently and on teams with other designers and facilitators to design training materials, acting in the role of lead designer, when neededBuild performance measurement tests and evaluation instruments to measure and report the effectiveness of trainingEnsure consistency and compliance in training programsPractice core4 values in all operational processes and proceduresUnited values diverse experiences, perspectives, and we encourage everyone who meets the minimum qualifications to apply.
