What are we looking for?We're seeking a Senior Staff Engineer to drive technical excellence across UI Platform initiatives at SentinelOne. In this role, you'll architect and implement global services that unify functionality across our cybersecurity products, significantly improving developer productivity and application performance. You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our frontend architecture while working with cutting-edge security products used by Fortune 500 companies. This position offers unique challenges at the intersection of developer experience, performance optimization, and enterprise-scale application architecture.
What will you do? Platform Standardization: Collaborate with product teams to identify and extract common patterns into reusable platform solutions. Modernize the Stack: Lead technical initiatives around monorepo management using NX, including CI pipeline optimization and improvement of developer tooling. Hands-on Development: You’ll write high-quality, production-ready code. Mentor and Lead: You’ll guide and mentor other engineers, contribute to their professional growth, share best practices and architectural insights, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.Our stack: React, TypeScript, NX; Node.js, Java; Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, FedRAMP; GitHub Actions, ArgoCD; GitHub Enterprise; depending on requirements of the service for communication we use Kafka, REST API, GraphQL, gRPC etc.; Postgres
What skills and knowledge should you bring? 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with focus on frontend architecture and distributed systems Deep expertise in mono-repo management using NX, including CI capabilities and tooling Strong background in React, TypeScript, and Node.js development at scale. Experience with Python or Java is a plus. Strong foundation in frontend build tooling (Webpack/Vite) and performance optimization Experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes Track record of implementing FedRAMP-compliant solutions Proven experience with cloud services (S3, CloudFront) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub actions, Jenkins) Ability to handle complex requirements and orchestrate various processes. Why us?Salary from 6000 EUR/month.
Yearly % bonus depending on the performance of the company, paid out in 2 installments.
*The final base salary component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
