We are looking for a project leader to join our team as the Sr Staff Technical Project Manager - eCommerce. This position will be critical in leading programs across our eCommerce platform for the ONW business. This role demands a unique combination of strong project management skills, an ability to be collaborative across business partners and vendor relations and technical skills.

Essential Responsibilities:

Work independently, at the same time collaborating with all other roles within the team to ensure project meets organizational standards and customer needs.
In this role, you will:

Interact with internal and/or external customers and product managers to understand customer needs and timelinesCollaborate with development and operations teams. Support them with scope considerations and project requirementsDemonstrate increasing understanding of project managementDemonstrate superior knowledge of software development life cycles to collaborate with Build and Release teamsEnsure that releases meet quality standards and functional requirementsWork with fellow team members and provide subject matter expertise to diagnose bugs and formulate solutions during testing cycles as well as during and after the project is deployed in productionShow increasing understanding of the technology stack and its impact on the final productDemonstrate awareness of industry trends and domain expertiseDemonstrate ability to influence customers and project managers through persuasion and influencingLead the delivery of eCommerce programs – as we continue to expand and stabilize the eCommerce platform (within Salesforce)Lead the development and execution of to optimize how we deliver improvements to the eCommerce platform.Oversee development efforts by professional services team(s) that are engaged to deliver the development of enhancements in eCommerce.Work across the different functions in the lifecycle (commercial, ERP, etc) to ensure the different systems that are “touched” are aligned on all changes across the platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivering to the direction of the business is at the core of the delivery.Collaborate directly with the architects and leaders across the commercial DT team to ensure the implementation design and architecture is aligned to standard delivery.Actively partner with other technical teams to streamline and enhance the eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across various technological platforms and departments.Ensure a thoughtful process around LEAN is aligned to all deliveries.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the eCommerce platform and embrace the GE Vernova Way.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management space, with experience in the commercial space – understanding Salesforce in detail a plus. 

Desired Characteristics:

Prior Wind energy experience.Proven track record of successfully leading projects and delivering high-quality solutions.Strong understanding of Commercial space (Salesforce, CRM, CPQ, etc).Excellent team management skills, and project management skills.Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Experience with vendor management, and budget management.Agile mindset and familiarity with agile methodologies.Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

The base pay range for this position is 116,500.00 - 194,100.00 USD Annual USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation.
