We are looking for a project leader to join our team as the Sr Staff Technical Project Manager - eCommerce. This position will be critical in leading programs across our eCommerce platform for the ONW business. This role demands a unique combination of strong project management skills, an ability to be collaborative across business partners and vendor relations and technical skills.Job Description

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management space, with experience in the commercial space – understanding Salesforce in detail a plus.Desired Characteristics:
Prior Wind energy experience.Proven track record of successfully leading projects and delivering high-quality solutions.Strong understanding of Commercial space (Salesforce, CRM, CPQ, etc).Excellent team management skills, and project management skills.Strong business acumen and the ability to align technical solutions with organizational goals.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Experience with vendor management, and budget management.Agile mindset and familiarity with agile methodologies.Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
The base pay range for this position is 116,500.00 - 194,100.00 USD Annual USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation.
