In addition to consumer payment technologies, the Payments team also powers the money movement between Google and its consumers and businesses. + Lead design strategy for the Payments Platform, influencing user journeys across payment processing, identity verification, compliance, risk mitigation, and fraud prevention. + Define and drive UX ideas for enterprise and consumer-facing payment experiences, ensuring interactions while meeting regulatory and security requirements. + Design intuitive experiences that balance frictionless transactions with security and fraud protection, incorporating authentication, account verification, and risk assessment flows. + Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring payment and identity verification experiences work across devices, demographics, and global markets. + Guide and provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts for user research/testing.
