**Job Description:** **Senior Stakeholder Manager** Abu Dhabi, UAE We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior Stakeholder Manager** to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our projects and initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders. You will play a critical role in aligning stakeholder interests with organizational objectives, fostering collaboration, and driving project success. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Manages and directs the stakeholder management service matters across Parsons Abu Dhabi Sector. + Responsible for facilitating efficient and effective communication with Clients and external stakeholders. + Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies that align with project goals and organizational objectives. + Identify key stakeholders including clients, partners, and community members, and establish effective communication channels with them. + Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, concerns, and expectations. + Good understanding of the infrastructure, buildings, structural aspects of design and construction delivery. + Accountable for capturing, tracking and closing out all actions arising from the regular stakeholder engagement meetings and strategic business agreements. + Creates/designs effective implementation of stakeholder management framework(s)/strategy(s) and workflows. + Partners with clients to manage and meet expectations and build strong professional relationships. + Facilitate regular communication and updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and milestones. + Conduct stakeholder analysis to prioritize interests and influence project outcomes, ensuring that all voices are heard and considered. + Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations. + Provides comprehensive advice to the project team in the administration of relevant stakeholder & communications standards, process and tools, including managing risks, issues and reporting to achieve key objectives and the escalation of performance and management issues. + Facilitates and supports periodic reporting and structured governance and performance meetings. + Accountable and responsible for developing functional management strategies, plans, processes and tools and tracking progress against KPIs. + Leads and manages to recognize actions, recognize opportunities and mitigate risks and issues. + Ensures all activities/operations are carried out in line with Parsons Quality Standards, client requirements and prevailing regulation, policy and legislation. + Provides line management to the stakeholder management team and develop Succession plans/Career Path for team members. + Leads the integration of the function with all relevant disciplines across all project stakeholders. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder feedback is integrated into project planning and execution. + Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events to promote engagement and collaboration. + Monitor and report on stakeholder engagement activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. + Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact stakeholder relationships. **What Required Skills You’ll Bring** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Project Management, or a related field. + Minimum of 18+ years of experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or a similar role, preferably within a project-based environment. + Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and driving project outcomes. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to assess stakeholder needs and align them with organizational goals. + Experience in organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and proactive. + Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus. + Fluency in English and Arabic languages is required. + Abu Dhabi experience is a must. **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Not Applicable/None Parsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
