**Description**
**JOB PURPOSE**
The Senior Stock Management Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory levels, supporting loss prevention measures, and enhancing stock management processes in accordance with established operational policies and audit requirements. He/she oversees critical inventory functions, analyzes sales and stock data, and coordinates with various stakeholders to ensure the efficient flow of goods and data integrity.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure the timely and accurate recording of all stock transactions, maintaining data integrity and compliance with established procedures.
- Conduct periodic cycle counts and accuracy checks, investigating and resolving discrepancies such as shortages, excesses, or defective items.
- Implement and oversee loss prevention processes, managing investigations related to theft, malpractice, or other incidents, and reporting findings to management.
- Analyze weekly sales reports across all divisions and business models, including both offline and online channels.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports that detail sell-out rates by store and category, analyze best and slow-moving products, and review stock levels, aging, and customer analytics.
- Provide in-depth analysis on stock targets and aging for stakeholder review.
- Assist in preparing markdowns and promotions by supplying necessary sales performance data.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to monitor overall inventory levels and facilitate proper planning and forecasting.
- Coordinate with project management and local authorities to ensure proper CCTV layout and installation in new stores. Ensure compliance of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and other key areas in stores with civil defense and municipality guidelines and regulations.
- Support promotional activities in stores by following up on required files issued for sale and promotion activities, submitting requests for permits, and analyzing sale periods and promotions performance.
- Maintain high levels of internal customer service by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and addressing results promptly to ensure satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
**LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS**
**Language Proficiency**
- Fluency in English.
**Technical Expertise**
- Proficiency in MS Office.
**EDUCATION**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
A concentration in accounting or Finance is a plus.
**EXPERIENCE**
Four to six years of experience in Inventory and Loss Prevention, or a similar role.
Experience in Retail is a plus.
