About the Role: As a Senior Strategic Buying Services Analyst at Conduent, you will play a key role in ensuring customer savings targets are met through efficient market research and strategic planning. You will collaborate with internal teams, conduct performance evaluations, and participate in business discussions with clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, a focus on best practices, and a commitment to meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities:

\n\n Ensuring customer savings targets are met as per the customer contract.\n Conducting market research on new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.\n Assisting in developing departmental plans, including business, production, and organizational priorities.\n Conducting performance management activities, including goal setting and performance evaluations.\n Contributing to creating high-performance work cultures built on best practices.\n Handling various activities within the team with a key focus on adherence to SLAs and SOPs through knowledge-based implementations for enhanced operational effectiveness.\n Participating in business-related discussions with clients and internal teams.\n\n

Requirements:

\n\n Demonstrating strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and stay updated on new technologies.\n Assisting in developing and implementing departmental plans and priorities.\n Ensuring adherence to SLAs and SOPs for enhanced operational effectiveness.\n Participating in business discussions with clients and internal teams.\n Building high-performance work cultures based on best practices.\n Accountability for achieving customer savings targets as per the customer contract.\n\n

Pay Transparency: Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000
