Senior Strategic Initiatives Leader
Position Overview International Financial seeks a talented Senior Strategic Initiatives Leader to drive transformative projects, lead our AI adoption efforts, conduct pricing analysis, and enhance cross-functional collaboration. As a key member of the sales leadership team, you will lead efforts to optimize processes, refine market strategies, and ensure data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities AI Adoption & Technology Integration: Lead AI adoption efforts to enhance sales processes, efficiency and elimination of waste. Manage AI-driven ad-hoc projects, leveraging tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Enterprise Chat GPT and others. Market Research & Competitive Pricing Analysis: Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to optimize pricing strategies. Monitor industry dynamics and conduct ad-hoc research. Collaborate with sales, credit and finance teams to incorporate data into customer pricing models. Strategic Collaboration & Process Improvement: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Used Truck, and credit teams to align product positioning and revenue strategies. Oversee cross-functional projects that support sales teams, Dealers, and organizational growth objectives. Develop and administer pricing databases and implement proposals across the organization. Sales Support & Documentation: Coordinate with Area Sales Managers and Dealers to deliver accurate sales documentation. Maintain sales reporting systems, verifying data accuracy. Provide technical and administrative product information to support the sales team. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 2 years of sales experience OR Master’s degree OR At least 4 years of sales experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills Minimum of 3 years in automotive/transportation industry or related industry. Captive finance experience preferred. Working knowledge of AI productivity tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Chat GPT Enterprise, etc.) Demonstrated proficiency in market analysis, pricing strategy development, and statistical sales data analysis. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational improvements. Self-starter with superior organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects independently.
