Your Role
As a Senior Strategic Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the unique needs of our enterprise customers and providing tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of our solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 7 years of experience in a solution consulting or similar role, with a focus on enterprise customers. EdTech industry experience preferred. Proven track record of successfully selling/delivering complex solutions to large organizations. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ensure solutions drive measurable business value while meeting company revenue objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Deep understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and trends. Expertise in developing presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint, with proficiency in related tools such as Excel, Word, Adobe Creative Suite (for enhanced visuals), and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Miro being an add on.What We Offer:

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York State, New York City, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The full-time salary range is between $95,000 to $105,000.
