As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in\ndeveloping and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve\nsupplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will be\naccountable for guiding a team of sourcing professionals, collaborating with\ncross-functional stakeholders, and managing supplier relationships to achieve\nbusiness objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic\nthinking, and the ability to drive change across the organization.
You will report\ndirectly to our Senior Director\nProgram Management and you’ll work out of our Golden Valley, MN or Broomfield,\nCO locations on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role,\nyou will impact the company by driving cost savings through strategic sourcing\ninitiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices\nin procurement and supply chain management.
