Job DescriptionThe scope of Strategic Sourcing Manager is to provide value (e.g. hitting annual savings targets, reducing contractual risk, and meet stakeholder requirements) while building strong relationships with their internal business units and drive enterprise-wide sourcing, category management, and contract negotiation. This role will be an individual contributor on the Professional Services Sourcing Team managing their work stream and supplier contracts from project development to contract signature. Individuals successful in this role will be able to navigate sourcing processes with a sense of urgency, curate new strategies for vendor engagement, renewal processing, and stakeholder enablement, as well as achieve department and company-wide KPIs.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,500 - $240,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
